On the page

A tall, cadaverous pirate captain in his fifties with long black ringlets, a sallow face, deep-set forget-me-not blue eyes and an elaborate seventeenth-century crimson coat with lace at the cuffs. An iron hook replaces his right hand. Adult, saturnine, immaculately dressed.
