Inside the story
Meet Dodo
Dodo is a pompous, dignified bird whom Alice meets among the creatures gathered at the Pool of Tears. He takes charge of the soaked group by organising a Caucus-race, treating the strange contest with solemn authority and declaring that everyone deserves a prize.
