Meet Mr. Emerson
Mr. Emerson is an older English traveler staying at the Pension Bertolini in Florence with his son, George. Warm-hearted, unconventional, and bluntly honest, he unsettles the pension’s polite social customs while taking an open, humane view of the people around him.
