Inside the story
Meet Miss Prism
Miss Prism is Cecily Cardew’s prim, moralizing governess at the Manor House, where she instructs her young charge in proper conduct and often speaks in maxims. She is also quietly attracted to Dr. Chasuble, the local cleric.
